瑜伽除了是運動外,也是排毒、減肥、修線條和拉筋,更可以讓心靈好好放鬆。 這一小時的瑜伽課為初級至中級程度,適合男女老少。無論是早上、晚上、睡前、女生月經期間,或任何時候也可以練習。影片有不同的程度供選擇,請因應自己能力決定。

Coffee林芊妤

I am an actress and a celebrity yoga instructor in Hong Kong. I have been teaching Yoga for over three years both group and private lessons and teach at all levels from beginner to advanced as well as have made many Yoga Instructional videos. I am fully certified with Distinction by the International Institute of Professional Yoga Teacher
