30日挑戰自我正式開始


每天站立或走路都會為腿部增加不少壓力,姿勢不正確更有機會出現腳痛、腰痛。加上臀部對下半身非常重要,提升臀部絕對可以令你看起來腿變長、身形比例變好。跟我一起堅持30天,挑戰一下自我!在這個課堂將會集中於下半身的健身,包括:

  • 提升臀部
  • 瘦大腿小腿
  • 消除假外胯
  • 收大腿外側內側後側
  • 拉長腿部線條

I am an actress and a celebrity yoga instructor in Hong Kong. I have been teaching Yoga for over three years both group and private lessons and teach at all levels from beginner to advanced as well as have made many Yoga Instructional videos.
