骨盤前傾了怎麼辦?


骨盤前傾除了令身形不美觀外,也會使下背承受很大壓力,導致背痛。做運動或拉筋時,常常會感到下背痛,嚴重更會令全身及腿部架構變形。所以如果有骨盤前傾的人應該及早治療,希望大家可以每天堅持做這一套動作,解決骨盆前傾問題,改善下背痛、肚腩突突、大腿小腿粗、O型腳。
