運動


助於順產的瑜伽


懷孕也可以做運動!孕媽咪日常多練習瑜伽減少抽筋和有助順產。而最佳運動時間為4個月至7個月,這時候寶寶狀況最穩定。另外要注意,每次練習時間不應太長,即使體力負荷得到,也必須在稍為休息過後再開始運動。若是運動途中有感覺到宮縮(肚子變硬),也要停下來休息一下喔!
